You can eat McDonald's every day and as long as you are below your calrie deficit, you'll lose weight.

Other tricks of the trade are don't eat until you're full. It takes 40 minutes for your stomach to shoot messages to your brain to stfu with food. Portion size it well, less is more.


I'll get shit for this comment but I have Chael Sonnen to vouch for it. Calories are the only thing that matters for weight loss.

scales are not THAT useful, you should try measurements, those are waaaaay better than a scale in terms of counting progress

your drinking's doing it. that's what the problem is.

You either suck at counting calories or you have developed the ability to photosynthesise.

I'm 60kg and if I do no exercise at all at 200 cal I will loose 500g a day, and I have a sedentary job.
