I front squat 315x5 paused currently, its not wrist flexibility you need, in fact my wrists are not bent at all when I front squat. You need elbow and shoulder flexibility more.

I just push my elbows up as hard as I can and never have issues.
I'm doing 170 kg x 3 right now with no pain, and have never had wrist pain previously.

practice the front rack
wear wrist wraps
it's really not hard. front squats are a much more demanding and better exercise than the back squat IMO, it just takes more time to build up the requisite skills to perform the movement well.
I've had issues front squatting. Literally just stretching wrists, forearms, elbows, and shoulders will make it better
