My choices are emphasized on both hypertrophy & strength. Feel free to pick other movements, do not bash mine because they are not the one's you've chosen :)


1 - Front Squat
>Literally no point in picking the back squat. Front squat works your upper back (aesthetics please) and core (strength please) to no end

2 - Snatch-Grip Deadlift
>More ROM and a bigger emphasis on the upper back (traps please ... so happy that fucker trappyprincess or whatever is gone)
>Need something for the glutes & hamstrings b/c front squat will neglect those

3 - Close Grip Bench Press
>Hammers triceps and still hits chest significantly

4 - Chinups (I am assuming you can do BW or Weighted ... but if I had to choose one, obviously weighted)

5 - Z Press or Seated OHP

So the goal isn't deciding which lifts are best because as you can see, its all basic shit... but it's deciding which variations of those lifts are aligned with your goals the best.

Front Squat = quads, core, upper back
Snatch-Grip Deadlift = posterior chain, quads (to some degree), upper back, traps, forearms, etc
CGBP = chest/tris bro (especially tris)
Chinups = lats & biceps
OHP movement = shoulders & triceps


Some people would think that no rows will make your upper back lacking, which is would IF you had no Snatch-Grip DL & Front Squat to make up the difference.
