no

I don't know

Can you repeat the question?

no

I'd like to think so, he was already ripped when he started training for Man of Steel, and he said it took him 9+ months to get him that big so...

Nope my friend PT'd him, Ryan Reynolds and some other celeb maybe christian bale I can't remember and they were all roiding with guidance.

yes

It's possible that Cavill is natty.

Steroids disproportionately affect muscles in the shoulder girdle (1). his traps and deltoids would be bigger if he worked them at all while on steroids.

I think more likely, working with Mark Twight has him fairly muscular and decently lean, which, along with camera angles, makes him look quite big when he's really just big.

His most impressive muscles, by far, are his arms. Arms seem to take a while to grow; nobody puts inches on their arms in months, while chests, deltoids, quads, etc are much more disposed to growth spurts.
It's at least conceivable that an actor who makes money because he is handsome has spent years focusing on his biceps--that Henry Cavill is a recovering curlbro; this would explain his big arms.

In summary:

Cavill's small traps and deltoids suggest that, if he did any shoulder or shoulder girdle dependent exercises (presses, deadlifts) during his training period for man of steel, he didn't use steroids during that period.

His body, generally isn't that impressive: take away his arms and he's lean and looks like he lifts; that's it--just what you would expect from someone who trained w/ Mark Twight (like the 300 cast).

His arms could be attributable to years as a curlbro, which would make sense, since he's basically a model.

>doing a research paper on henry cavills muscles

you're welcome

have you considered that he might be using a low dose

>shit delts and traps
Here's your (You), faggot

compared to fraud delts/traps faggot

what I said still applies. I'm not arguing he's clean--rather, I'm arguing that it's *plausible* he didn't use steroids in prepping for man of steel.

If he was using a high enough dose to give him an advantage, we would see the gains in places where people gain mass while on steroids--we do not.

those strike me as pretty unimpressive traps and delts--just about what you'd expect from someone who started small and spent the last nine months doing compound lifts like it's his job (which it was)

have you looked up his phyisque in the off season

yeah, this is what he looked like before training for man of steel; the difference is not at all impossible natty, given the amount of time he had
