That is pretty insane in just half year, you can be fucking proud of yourself, not many people can do that.

The loose skin will probably go away somewhat. You lost weight very quickly and your skin had little time to respond. Keep working out, you can fill up your shell with muscles too.

Got up to 300lbs 2013-2014 because of an injury that left me in the bed during that time frame, but I've still always been "the fat kid". I feel like I'm making progress too slow, but none of my friends lift so I don't know if my progress is reasonable.

I've been lifting since I was 13 or so. I didn't take it seriously till 19 or 20 (I'm 21 rn). I don't really have a routine, I just pretty much train whatever I feel like. I train 6 days a week for 2 hours or so.

Having curly hair is literally suffering, m8. I can't really do shit with it. I would grow it back out but I gotta sink in too much time and effort into it and I just don't have it in me.

5 months plagued by inconsistent diet, training and sleep, but still making strength and muscle gains.

Both pics are roughly 70kg but the weight is redistributed from fat to muscle. I'm going to focus really hard on consistency over the next six months, I want to make myself proud.

but I will say this, my posture has gotten better, my life has gotten better and I really enjoy the fitness lifestyle. I'm at the beginning of my journey, not going anywhere but up. Keep watching.

You don't get pseudo gyno when you're an adult... and it's essentially the same as real gyno when you're a teenager as well, with the difference that it's only been around for very little time, so the body can still fix it (and it does if you fix the hormone imbalance before it's too late).
