What I've found that helps a lot are three things.
1. Kegels
2. Cardio/endurance training.
3. Fix your psychology about it.

For Kegels, literally pee then hold your pee, then release and do it again. Do the same for fapping, when you're edging stop, then hold and tighten your kegels until you feel your little guy calm down a bit. Do this for a while. You won't see results in the first few weeks, but in months and it works. You will be able to shoot loads more intensely, which feels bretty gud.
