People have deficiency's and disorders in their brain that cause them to get this big, we simply live in a time where the food is available to these people for them to get there. I went from 130 pounds and then got severely depressed after a bad breakup and put on 80 pounds, I eventually lost 50 pounds and am comfortable at 160 pounds, but losing that first 30 pounds was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, harder than it ever was to lose weight when I was in shape and healthy.

True story: There's a mentally ill uncle on my mother's side. For years he was on dozens of pills every day. When he didn't take those meds he got worse. So, the drugs worked, yea? Not really.

It turns out his psychiatrist was an old quack and gave him old drugs instead of better, more effective ones.
