>plank, side planks, plank variations (core, lower back)
>reverse hypers with ankle weights (lower back, spinal erectors, hamstrings)
>goblet squats with just a single Dumbbells
>pistol squats with a weight vest or dumbbell
>hand stand push-ups (delts)
>inverted rows
