Rate the main lifts in terms of enjoyment

The Press™ > squat > deadlift > bench

Agree

Pretty much my thoughts on the matter

thanks

I just started

Diddly > Bench > Squat > Press

cancer > hyperextensions

In terms of breaking a PR
Press>Diddly>Bench>Squat

Holy shit thaf pic.

Dips > The Press™ > supinated curls > squat > deadlift

diddly > squit > priss > brunch

The Press™ > Bench > Diddy > stepping on a lego > Squats

ohp=bp>dl>squat

idk why but as a lanklet I hate squats more than anything

Power clean>>>>>>>everything else

Bench>>>>>>>>>>>>>the Press™>squat>i dont even deadlift
I dont understand how none of you have bench as first. Such an enjoyable lift and the massive chest pump i get makes me wanna cum all over my own chest. I have to force myself not to bench as much so i dont develop imbalances.

THE PRESS
Diddly lift
Bench
Back Squat (Only because of form problems and potential scoliosis) (Got to love front and zercher squats though.)

bench is fucking gay as shit and only beta chad wannabes enjoy it

now rate by level of satisfaction afterwards

diddy>squat>bench>press

memelift > OHP (I fucked my neck up so I cant do them atm) > skwat > supine barbell push

Whats gay anout it?
Im no Chad nor do I want to be one but its my favorite lift.

Diddly > Binch > Press > Squat

Noob main lifter, how do I keep the bar from hurting my traps when squatting? Do I just gain more back/trap muscle?

>that pic
This is why I Veeky Forums

Sqoatz > diddly > priss > binch > power clean

Bench > the Press > deadlift >>>>>>>>>>>> squat

deads > the press > binch > squat

It's not like I hate squatting but... it's the least enjoyable?

>tfw it's my best lift relative to all the others

You man the fuck up.

Diddly > Press > HB Squat > Bench

Yeah more trap muscle definitely helps. lmao1plaet used to hurt me. I can do lmao2plaet now with relative comfort. I still do lowbar though :^)

for me level of satisfaction afterwards is:

diddly>squat>press>bench

this is now a chloe thread

deadlift>press>bench>squat

Bench > Curls > Skullcrushers > Dips

Yes that it basically what I meant when I said get more muscle

I tried looking up where lowbar places it, but I can't do lowbar. My arms don't rotate back far enough to hold the bar in the crux of my traps+delts

>people like deadlift
Masochism

I always lift light, only 10kg more than I row. This is because I like my spine positively unfucked, same too with the squat.

Traps is such a dodgy exercise, 3 YouTube videos later and I think I almost have it right.

Another exercise I lift low on.

Push it on the dips/press day or the curl day.

When I first started, I enjoyed squats the most. Little did I know, as I added more and more weight, squats were going to make me dread.

Nowadays, OHP, bench, DL, anything else, getting my nuts kicked in, squats

weighted dips>overhead deadlift>seated push press>hungarian bench

Squat > deadlift > bench > press

>seated push press
What the fuck?

Shhhh, be quiet little benchlet

from easiest to hardest:

bench > press > deadlift > squat

From easiest to hardest

Deadlift > squat > dips > row > lat pull > decline bp > flat bp > incline bp > ohp = fly > curl > lateral raises

My back is wildly asymmetric to my shoulders. Gotta do them laterals though.

missing pedro

dl > press > squat > bench > everything else > pullups

So basically you're all arms n shoulders?

Going hard on the easiest shit to go hard on

Squatz>deadlift>bench>the press

I've just always loved squatting/deadlifts, even when I was a fat fuck. Used to hit the gym once a week and just blast out squats/deads until I couldn't walk properly

>squat>dead>press>bench

Best Chloe so far
>Deadlift > OHP = Bench > I like it > I dislike it > squats

Arms, shoulder, pecs and back is awesome because genetics. Basically I got everything you can see from the front with pants on.

My legs lag, they're not bad either I just don't have too many home exercises. No straight bar.

I don't do the traditional lifts but..
>Overhead The Press™
>Deadlift
>Floor press
>Hip Thrust
Changes. Some day hip thrust is my fav. Many days deadlift.

I would say i pretty consistently would rank them thusly, though

DL > bench > squat > press

More muscle but you also need to tighten before putting the bar on so it doesn't smush in. Rip has a good description in SS, but basically you left your arms and raise chest before taking off the rack.

Deads>OHP>>>>Squat>Bench
Deads were my least favorite for a while until I learned to pull with my hamstrings and ass.

DL = Squat = Bench

I love to do all of them.

Id change press and squat. But I agree with this

So beautiful, regardless of what you guys think

Clean > squat > deadlift > bench > press

>The Press™
>Press™
>™
FUCKING KEK

deadlift > The Press™ > squat > bench

Seconding this.
