How did you guys get big biceps? Or make it grow at the very least.
Mine simply won't grow.
Curls? What reps and sets?
I am desperate.

Left heavy, eat a lot
Biceps get big with back excercices.
Deadlift, rows, lat pulldown and add 3x12 biceps curl at the end of your workout.
Keep in my mind that the taller you are, the harder it is to make them look big and full.
Heavy rows
Heavy chin ups
Look at all the musculature on your back.
Now look at your tiny bicep.
If you progressively overload your back musculature, you will develope proportional arms.
>deadlift
>le 12 rep meme
So close and yet so far
I have no fucking clue how , I have the same problem. I went from barbell curling 40lbs x 10 to 110lb x 10 and my biceps are still small as chit bro
pick a curl variation
do high reps 12-15 and make sure you get a pump, if you dont even after 12 reps then increase weight
>taller you are, the harder it is to make them look big and full.
>tfw 5'5"
Lanklets BTFO
how much you chin up?
How much you row?
Babbyweight dumbbells are not the answer
Kys
>not being 5'10-6'1 masterrace
my triceps look big enough so I'm not worried
6'4 here.
8 weighted chinups with 1 pl8
I bent barbell row 155lb x 10
At what bodyweight?
If you can curl 110 and only row 155, you for sure need to focus on compound strength
pull ups and rows
You probably ohp and bench heavy and have decent tris.
Same applies for back and bis
In other news, why does my entire body look bulky and strong but i have gay faggot skinny AIDS forearms?
Lat pull and curls. Remember, even the bicep has different sections to the muscle... Supinate!
Rows are barely biceps...
do a lot of volume for your back (rows, chin ups, pull ups) and then add in some curls (use your favorite variety) on top of that
really not that complicated
a lot of it just comes down to genetics desu
>autists ITT claiming rows and chinups will give you big arms
lmao
They do though.
>idiots thinking your bicep handles/requires more training volume than your back
I never see people like you posting themselves.
The average natural curl bro has larger arms then you.
How does that make you feel?
Upright rows work the bicep brachialis. Pendlay rows work the biceps a good amount. Honestly if you're pulling at multiple angles and hitting the biceps at multiple angles while progressively loading, then of course your biceps are gonna grow
>implying pulling motions won't work biceps
>how does that make you feel?
Highly dubious/skeptical as to the veracity of your post
Try weighted pull ups, single arm deadlift, and forearm roller
Single arm deadlift > farmers carry
Forearm rollers > wrist curl/reverse wrist curl
Row/pull up > reverse curl
Roids and curls work pretty well if you hit your macro and caloric goals.
Biceps get hit with back exercises, but they get big with curls and pump work.
You could have stopped after the first word.
>pumpchasing builds muscle as a natty, not progressively overloading a muscle
...no
Can training beat genetics?

His biceps are objectively large.
You might feel they are proportionately small, but i bet his delt:arm ratio is more aesthetic than any Mr.O
Aesthetics is subjective
why do my biceps dont make a peak at all but come forward instead
i dont even lift btw only do chin ups and lift 25kg bags at work
big short head vs small long head?
do you guys do ohp for triceps too then?
I bet you think you will get juicy forearms off of doing these pulling movements too lmao
