I fell for the meme, now I am 5'7 guy with quadriceps that should only ever be on someone who is above 7 foot tall.
I want to stop squatting but I just fucking can't.........this place fucking brainwashed me so hard. I get extreme anxiety anytime I forcefully try avoiding squats, something in my mind just keeps telling me I need to keep doing them or i'll have chicken legs........DESPITE THE FUCK MY FUCKING LEGS ARE LIKE 3 TIMES THE SIZE OF MY FUCKING ARMS SO I CAN AFFORD TO LOSE A TON OF SIZE ON LEGS.

Shouldn't feel bad about big legs. Quads are the most aesthetic part of the body. Upper body is important too, give it some extra attention. Avoid it being on the expence of your legs though. Try to balance it out.

Depends on the volume. I usually do. Bench Weighed dips (inb4) Weighed chinups/pullups Barbell rows OHP or some other shoulder press Curls and skull crusher supersets 2x a week
That's enough if your goal is being big and strong. I'm gonna switch to a bb routine again soon, though. I've had enough of strength training.
