Exercises causing pain in seemingly unrelated parts of the body

>dips cause pain in my shoulders, but it's a tricep exercise (i think?) with stress on the clavicle.
>it's a sharp pain that occurs when i actually finish the set and rest myself onto the ground and it is very painful, not in a good way.

>this is not painful, but still annoying
>crunches in the decline bench
>legs start to burn
>am i basically using momentum?
>i try to always engage my abdomen because this is my primary core exercise.

>my fingers are also going numb and they've turned black on the tips, along the creases.
>is the barbell going into my fingertips and i'm evidently not washing my hands enough?

is the anterior deltoid a shoulder?

Yes actually.

>is the anterior deltoid a shoulder?
fucking kek'd, m8. what did you think your anterior deltoid was?

No.

I get pains in my chest after deadlifts.

I think I'm flexing my chest at the top too much to pull it back into my crotch.

>my fingers are also going numb and they've turned black on the tips, along the creases
you may be turning into a zombie, would see a dr desu

rotator cuff impingement, nothing crazy.
Stopped going to the gym for a couple of weeks, it's good now.

i know it's not unrelated, but still annoying: pain in the shoulder blade area when doing front squats. left side only.

>do cardio
>massive pain in middle of chest where heart should be

Im not dying r-right

One way ticket for the gainzTrain, please

it's normal, try to retract your scapulae more and keep your head/torso upright
>legs start to burn
do they burn in the groin/inner thigh area?
if so, that means you're not pulling youself up with your abs but with your hip flexors.
A solution is trying to activate the glutes and hamstrings. like, trying to leg curl the support thingy

Christ,

you're probably too weak to do dips and causing your shit to get whack from forcing it

your legs are same as your shoulders, you're using them go pull yourself up because your abs are too weak

your grip is weak

tldr; you're not strong enough to be doing what you are, step down

That wasn't even funny but I still laughed
