Why did you even make this post?

I was in the same boat where I lifted a bit a while ago and fizzled out. SS was essential for me because the quick progress had me always wanting to be in the gym, which helped me develop good habits about going regularly. At the end of the day, going regularly and eating big is what matters for the first 12+ months of lifting.

And no, SS isn't a meme, I went from 95 to 305 on squats when on SS and I still had stick legs at the end of it.

Made a little bit of arm gains this summer. Getting close to a 1 plate bench. Currently 125lbs 1RM at 103lbs bw. Can finally do chins for reps with 1 plate too

Nah it's cool. Normies just think I'm wide torso'd. I came to terms with it a while ago.

I used to do them weighted, my max was a 60lbs pull up and a 75lb dip, all 1rms

But now I moved on to mainly using gymnastic rings and focusing on TUT. Slowly lowering myself for 3 seconds, explode coming up on the rep. That shit I can feel real nicely.

As soon as I hit 15+ reps doing the TUT technique I'll go back to using weighted pull ups/dips

And under certain lighting I can hide some of my chub well. So I just might keep bulking until I hit adult male status

Senior year I'd just do whatever a sports coach told me to do in weights class but now that I'm on my own with a gym membership I'm stumped on where I should start. I've never dieted before so I usually drank a ton of pop and ate shitty fast food and candy

Current stats are 150 bench, 225 squat, 265 diddly, 135 power clean.

I tried a ppl I found on leddit but I didn't really like it and now I'm looking at PHUL since it's a 4 day routine (this is a real important thing) and it trains strength and hypertrophy.

Should I bulk and do PHUL or find a different program?

I'm still kind of a beginner. Everything is still on 10 to 15 rep range without weight. I'm 6'1 and 79KG.

Nothing too advanced. My routine:

A:

>pullups 3x11
>russian pushups 3x10
>planche (pushup stance) to failure

A:

>assisted pistol squats 3x8 each leg

Trying to incorporate pike pushups for shoulders.

I try to increase reps for now, not worried about weight. Might have to change to a gym in the winter.

Every day I was in the gym for about 6 months straight I did 8 sets of 12 reps of calve raises in the smith machine at 225lbs and over time they grew
