If I already comp bench high volume, what do you recommend I do for most of my accessory work? I've been doing lots of OHP cause I used to have lagging delts but I think the issue is somewhat fixed for now. Would more close grip help you think?

I bench pretty wide and arch moderately. My sticking point starts around where my arms are parallel to the ground and I can usually grind for another inch or two. If I can get it past there then I'll have a pretty slow lockout, if not, then I fail the rep.
