Rate me, roast me, give me advice Veeky Forums, and if anyone could take a stab at estimating my body fat % that would be lovely
Here's a bit of prior info >22 >5'9 man-boy >currently 84 kg
At the start of the year I was 98 kg (hence my filthy, filthy stretch marks) but met a plutonic female gym bro and started going 7 days a week.
>Fast forward three months of constant lifting, cardio, and good eating) >I'm 82 kg (doctor said I needed to slow down on weight loss) >plutonic female gym bro moves away, I hurt my back, lose all motivation
fast forward 4 months >back to 86kg >drop gym completely >eat shit
Fast forward to now >back at gym >2kgs lost in 2 weeks >feeling good
But since my gym bro has gone I have absolutely no direction what so ever and no one I know lifts.
So what do I do fit? Open to any and all advice. I don't know whether to try put on muscle or lose weight or what I literally have no fucking clue so please give me some clues.

Go post in a cbt or a qtddat asking solely for bf estimates. Get at least 3 different responses. Take the mean and median of the response, your bf will be near the lower of these two.
