I've been making decent tricep gains but they are kind of top heavy like in the OP pic.

The tricep exercises I've been doing are bench, dips and push-downs.

If your body's cracking or you're not even feeling your muscle being worked, this shit can happen. Starting out its noticeable.

To fix, fix your form before u start repping like a motherfucker. Go slow if it's necessary. None of that cracking shit. Squeeze the muscle at the peak on every rep. Make sure the muscle your targeting is the muscle being it.

You will absolutely train your arms enough through chin ups, pull ups, rows, bench press, and overhead press

I am saying if you never train arms directly, you will still get proportionally big enough (arguably too big, if you are a deltlet like me)

I have NEVER EVER EVER seen a picture of someone with proportionally underdeveloped arms.

If you have arms that are too small, your back and delts are too small.

for shoulders do 4x6 seated dumbell shoulder press as heavy as possible(last set AMRAP)
then do front lateral raises but really squeeze your delt finish it off with side lateral raises like this 5 reps then hold it at top for 5 seconds then 4 reps then hold it at the top for 4 seconds and so on like that

Is it? I've just become so used to using my left hand that it doesn't feel like a stranger anymore. In fact, I can't get off unless I'm using my left hand now. I can still use my right hand, but it feels too "plain" if that even makes any sense. I swap between the two, but I can only cum with my left hand.

Doesn't sound any more effective than my current delt routine, desu
I typically do two heavy sets (4-6rm)
Then two volume sets (6-10rm)
Every set is AMRAP

Then i do similar for side lat raise, except my volume sets are 15-25 reps (heavy sets are still 4-6rm)

I also regularly do landmine press and push press as accessory lifts

If you calculate the training volume (setsxrepsxload) you get more total volume if you do RPT than only focusing on heavy sets
And two AMRAP sets of your 4-6rm is enough for maximal strength adaptation, so no reason not to go with higher volume (as progressively overloading training volume is literally what causes hypertrophy)

My body is irrelevant but here you are. My delts are shit, they're a weak point, but the main issue was I had meaty pecs and joocy lats but shit bis and tris, thus I started hammering on the accessory work.

I do db ohp regularly, standing and seated.

My barbell ohp stalled at 1pl8x5 and after a deload didnt help, i switched to db only, and am currently progressing on that. Plan on switching to bar when db progression stalls

Also do db push press from time to time.

My upper chest is my biggest lacking muscle.

Upper chest, delts, and back are literally all i give a fuck about anymore (in that order)
