i have been trying to get 1500 calories a day dieting, and write down my foods with calorie amounts. ive done it long enough to get a reasonable estimate of things i eat. i keep a small notepad.

3500 calories per day, breakfast is usually 1400 alone

Please help. I have wheat and whey and coffee for breakfast. Anything more and I feel like throwing up. I'm a complete dyel in terms of appetite until my workout, after which I could eat indefinitely.

I'm so fucking jealous, @2600kcal here

Oh, and I do GOMAD to get about 2000 of those calories

Breakfast is a smoothie of:

>1 cup of Greek yoghurt
>1.5 cup of milk
>handful of berries or mango
>dash of honey

Can i factor in exercise with this one?

yes but don't jump around becuse the sheet told you so.
after a month or two the numbers will be pretty accurate and you can start using them to adjust your calories.

I think google docs fucked up the sheet cause there is no place to change the exercise that I can see.

2500 or so on a cut. I don't track daily anymore but I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch everyday then have variety at dinner and end up around 2500 daily.

If I want to lean out I eat less. If I want my lifts to go up I eat more.

just use it as a weight/cal diary until you have at least 1 month of data and don't look at the tdee it gives you.
after that it sould be very accurate.

If you do GOMAD, don't drink milk while eating. The fat will make you full. Drink water or juice instead (if you are skelly you can drink a glass a day).
Try eggs. I eat 2 for breakfast. Also try bread.
I usually start with a whey shake, banana, eggs, bread with jam butter or nutella, oats + fruits + milk, one glass of fresh orange juice. Can't get all every day but even if you skip 1-2 things, it's like 900 cal.
