do deadlifts. don't do it with too much weight, but do it, do it with proper form and when you get home, enter in the shower and let the hot water falls like a waterfall in that region for some minutes.

Your back is in pain because your core is weak and you aren't bracing properly.

As other user said, the hot water relieve the tightness. It relax your back and feels good, if the pain is really bothering you, just take a shower and do it.

And the deadlifts will strenght your back, care first about form, don't sacrifice it.

I think 10-20kg is great if you never did deadlifts or are not used to it. It depends on how long have you been lifting also.

Just remember, form beats weights.

Lower back pain, if form is good, is the cause of mutliple things:

>weak abdomen
>tight hamstring
>stiff hip flexors
>strong quads in relation to your hamstrings and glutes
>strong hamstrings in relationship to your quads
>stiffness in the lats

People who experience backpain all have slightly anterior or posterior pelvic tilt which put strain on the lower back

Solution? Make it a habit to walk and sit straight and stretch

Dubs of truth, walking helps a lot. I tried to rest, but walking is what made a huge difference. That and deadlifts.
