>Be me
>Lose 50lbs and go to doctors for checkup
>Nurse has me way in wearing everything with everything in my pockets and fully clothed.
>Looks like I only lost 44lbs

Has anyone else dealt with shit like this.

Yes, but I weigh myself before going to any doctor, and TELL them what I weigh, and refuse to get on the scale. They can't force you to. You explain to them that you weigh yourself nude and that your scale is accurate. They have to accept it.

If you know what you weigh, does it matter what the Dr thinks? 6lbs shouldn't effect your care

Its like those Fags who think 1pl8 is 135lbs, its only 90 lbs

Really?

that'd be way better.

Does when it gets written down and put into my medical forms.

Is this really really true? Genuinely asking

I understand that it gets put into your medical forms, but 6lbs isn't going to screw the pooch.

If it bothers you that much, disrobe before you get on the scale. Or remove your shoes and pocket items if your Drs scale is in a common area (like mine)

Ur a fag because 1pl8 is only 45 lbs
Dyel?

Of course not 1pl8 is 134.4

Yes, only dyels count the bar. If you bench anything less than 3pl8, just get off of Veeky Forums

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE

Count the bar in general weight.

Count the weights themselves for spoken weight.

You don't carry around a 40lb bar with you everywhere do you?

>You don't carry around a 40lb bar with you everywhere do you?
Shitlord alert

Everyone knows spoken weight is different from weight you actually lift,
He's asking how much does the weight you lift weigh when you communicate it through text or writing.

>Bragging about weights you don't lift.

I'd sooner believe pigs would fly rather than a brother would lie.

If it's an Olympic bar you count it.

If it's not, you don't.

Anything else is troll

>Not counting paraolympic bar

u mad bro?

He sounded like he was, I think we trolled him ha ha, on to the next unsuspecting victim! Ha ha

:^)

You sound like a fat fuck

20kg = 44lbs.
If you're not using American 45lb plates, you're lifting less than what you claim.

You wouldn't count the weight of the bar when you do pull ups, would you?
