I know you're kidding but it seriously seems impossible(at least extremely improbable) that someone with a >3pl8 bench doesn't have large arms.

Also found that working all summer and not training much because of it didn't hurt me too bad. Still managed benching 5 doubles at 3pl8.
Only problem is I bench before work so hopefully no inmates get aggressive that day because I'll be sore af

And then ask yourself, would they look big on someone over 5 ft tall?

Weighted decline sit-ups and hanging leg raises are my personal go to. But ab wheel and planks are also good exercises.

Planks, side bridges, curl ups and that thing where you go on all fours and hold up 1 leg and 1 arm at a time for 7 seconds while bracing.

Get up in the middle of the night, do 25 consecutive reps on knees and do AMRAP standing reps immediately after and you'll feel it alright.
Feel it for months...

I have butt wink or spinal flexion. I seem to dip and flex when I get below parallel even though I'm bracing hard with my abdomen. I feel it when I ascend and I get a bit of a forward lean as well.

It's an ironic hell. I have to train my abs every single day, sometimes twice a day for the next indefinite amount of months.
I never used to do abs before the injury.

I'd recommend everyone train abs as often as they can. A month in and I'm already reaping immense benefits. But I understand most people wouldn't train abs daily for months on end. I have to in order to protect my spine.

This could have been prevented a year ago if I realised my hamstrings weren't tight and it was my weak core forcing my posterior chain to tighten to protect my spine.

Sometimes twice a day.

This will interfere with your deadlifts and squats though. You really shouldn't squat or deadlift a day after training abs IMHO.
Your best bet is to do it all after every squat or deadlift session.

You don't have to hold the planks for 5 minutes or whatever, if you read it, it says to alternate between side bridges and a plank every 7 seconds for as long as possible.
Way more enjoyable than just holding a plank.

I didn't want to miss deadlifts to knees though... So much so that I finished every set even though the pain occurred on the first set.

I'm not going to try and explain what was already properly explained by him.

By strengthening my core I now engage it more effectively in day to day life subconsciously.
Without strengthening my core I would still be Ben ridden and unable to bend over without extreme pain.

I've gone from having to stand straight in order to not be in pain to being able to touch my toes without bending my knees, being able to have my back horizontal to the ground, flat, without bending my knees and I never stretched once.
All pain free.
