except it is. Shes using leg drive. Her ass doesnt move at all when she unracks the weight.

She is locked in well, the bar comes to under her nipple, her arch is good but not too excessive, The bar comes up very straight, she has good use of leg drive, she has arms 90 degrees to the floor when the weight is touching her chest.

If you dont think thats good form then i dont know what to say to you

after watching this theres no point lifting anymore. i will be qutting gym and killing myself.

what i mean by decline is that her ass noticably rises just before she unracks the bar, which basicly puts you in a more downward position akin to decline, i know how to retract scapulas and i do arch my back but still keep my ass on the bench the whole time

That's just a way to unrack without losing your arch, people do it all the time. Her ass is on the bench for the actual lift, which is the only thing that matters.

it's fine you come off the bench a little to unrack. it's a technique to stay tight, otherwise you'll probably lose your tightness trying to push the weight out w/ just your shoulder

obviously she does because she dosnt even close.

if you watch the video closely her ass goes back on the bench before she actually begins the lift. it only comes off briefly for the unrack.
