Hi Veeky Forums, I have an internship with a schedule that is different every week. I can't work out on those days.
My program calls for 3 days a week with consecutive 2 days of rest at the end. Like AxBxAxx or BxAxBxx.
My question is if it is bad if sometimes I skip that second rest day because of my schedule and do AxBxAxBxAxBxx or BxAxBxAxBxAxx ?
