like i said, he says he works out every set to failure and does abs everyday. the question of if it will work for you is another topic tho. but as beginner, anything will work. just go to gym everyday and lift.

Well, I not really the beginner.
I had had 96 kg and my workout routine was:

Workout A

Push ups 20(50) per day

Chin ups 5-10(Stil hard)

dumbbells 20 kg

Goblet squat 10 kg
D. Deadlift 20 kg
Flor press
D.OHP
Lateral rase 5 kg
D. Rows 20kg
Curls 20 kg
Flor hammer 20 kg

Workout B
Push ups 20-50

I have the stationary bike.
So cardio
30 km/1 hour

6-day workout onde day rest. Now I thinking to buy a bar 50-70kg, and do SL is this good.

BDW cardio out.

Is this ok?

Doyle has been lifting for years. You need to do heavy compounds, eat good, and stay lean for a long time.

Well, I love bike cardio and I still fat I think, and I love strong legs.
But like I said I gonna do SL so workout A and B is out.

You can expect to look like shit at 1.5 years and decent at 3. Really varies pretty dramatically depending on what you do and how you do it.

You're average. Welcome to the mediocre world of natty lifting. If you want faster results, hop on gear. If you aren't willing to cycle, you'll burn out pretty quickly when you don't see what you want.

What you need to do is SL or SS, bulk, and get strong. The rest will follow.

Well, I work construction as for test. I think I'm good (trust me).
So SL do I need more?
Compounds?
Can I keep cardio?
I don't care for gear; I just want this feeling off doing something good for myself.

Hes on gear but you can get a similar body not as lean in 4 years of proper training and diet

Do the compounds SL tells you to do, it's bench, OHP, squat, diddly, and row. Throw in chinups too. Cardio is fine, but don't let it be detrimental to your lifting. You work a physical job so make sure you're eating good and in abundance. You're gonna need it.

Most important thing I can tell you is temper your expectations. It's not a quick thing to look like Doyle or Jerry Only. It takes years naturally and on gear.

Since you work physical labor, you're probably in better shape then most novices so you'll advance quickly. Also don't just start tossing weight on the bar because it feels too light. You'll have plenty of time for it to get heavy.

Compound lifts dude, the entire routine is only compound lifts. A compound is a lift that works more than one muscle, as opposed to an isolation.
