i do box 3 days a week

oh and tell me your routine

i do uphill running everyday for .5 km
i do 5×5 weightee pullups 5x5 weighted dips
and 3x10 pistole squats
3 days a week and i do boxing 3 days a week

oh and now i do 3x5 curls

the fuck dude,do some rows too,they work your middle back,diamond push ups,bodyweight curls,bodyweight skullcrusher.You are limiting yourself.
