I have two main protein shake recipes

First:

>oatmeal
>banana
>peanut butter
>cocoa

Second:
>almond milk
>vanilla vegan powder
>cranberry almonds cereal
>frozen berries
>cinammon and sucralose for that taste

All of them with creatine of course

I have a friend with a young child I pay to harvest for blood, I put it in my protein shake and it keeps me eternally young. No harm comes to the child, it's less than a blood donation and is voluntary and has no ill effects on them, they think it's fun

Powered Peanut Butter

Try some random assortment of frozen fruit, a spoonful of peanutbutter, about 3 spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt, a handful of fresh blueberries and then blend it and just add in milk as you go and make it thick enough to be the consistency of ice cream. I pour it all into a bowl and put some granola on top and eat it like that. Best way to have your shakes.

My mixture is:
Blueberries
Walnuts
Almonds
Greek Yogurt
Vanilla extract
some milk
sometimes I'll use 1 banana or strawberries in place of the blueberries. I get protein from the nuts and from the yogurt. The whey was fucking with my heart so I had to stop that shit.

>slightly under a cup of milk

I just blend it, and thanks to the frozen fruit it comes out the consistency of ice cream. I eat it with a spoon. Basically just enough liquid to keep the blender from jamming.

> 200-300mL whole Milk
> 1-2 scoops of whey
> 1 spoon peanut butter
> 1 cup oats/oatbran
> 1 bananna
> 1 spoon Milo (ausfag)

>1 handful fresh berries if available
>500ml fat reduced milk

1x tbpsn coc oil
banana
tbpsn olive oil
1/2 cup oats

Are you ready for this?

>4 scoops of mutant mass
>4 tbsp of peanut butter
>150ml of milk
>2 tspn of olive oil
>tbsp of creatine

Send that shit to the blender for 30 seconds.

Drink it in one go. Easy 1000 calories.
