yep, but i think it was just the fact that i stopped being depressed and reduced my course load

also cold showers make me feel much more relaxed then a shitty four hour nap

Losing 75 pounds helped, try also giving yourself a bedtime and try to avoid relying on caffeine.

It is not a meme, ice showers cured me of eczema and wake me the fuck up whenever I need it.

Word, I used to have super itchy and bumpy skin and after taking ice showers for a couple of weeks I've already noticed a difference. My skin stays moisterized longer and my premature wrinkles are fading.

You are probably lacking in zinc and/or magnesium. Try taking ZMA before sleeping.

Either that or lay off the preworkout for a bit. Happened to me when I went crazy on EC and had a hard time sleeping for weeks

Yes. Apparently I was sensitive to certain foods which would make me exhausted. Started paying attention to how I feel immediately after each meal and eliminated every food which made me tired. Also cut out all caffeine, cola, etc.
