If you can complete it with good form in under 120 seconds, you can eat 200 kcal over or under (your choice) your caloric goal for the day.
If you can't make it in 30 minutes, you can't eat for 18 hours couting from the time of your roll.
Any second or third roll after completion of the first will give you no such bonuses.
