Okay, it's time to post your pre-cut bodies and write how much you are cutting.

I'm at 215lbs and am dropping to 195. Been feeling a bit pudgy.

If you drop to 195 you'l be losing LBM, you're at 15-17% right now you don't need to lose more than 10-15lbs at most.

Pre cut - 210lbs.

Oh and the pre cut angle is pretty flattering.

Honestly I don't know whether I should just cut more or bulk to gain muscle. I cut from 85 kg to 72, and I feel like I should focus more on muscle. What do you guys think?

Went from 141 to 158 after my last boxing match, I went off the rails. Already dropped down 7lbs

Went from 220 to 185. Doing a slow bulk now. But lifting for 2.5 to 3 hours a day makes harambe hungry.

Going to cut for 2 months at 1000cal deficit with 1 refeed day a week at baseline.

I-is this normal Veeky Forums? I was planning to bulk till March then start cutting for summer, but at this rate I'll be landwhale mode by then. Can't cut because retarded siblings moved in with me to try and find a job, they think any diet is anorexia and will prevent me from making any reasonable progress. Wat do?

I'm now trying to substitute all oils in my diet for MCT Based shit. I'll probably buy some raw MCT Blend come next pay cycle. But for now. Ghetto Coconut MCT it is.

Thinking of going very low carbs and pounding metamucil.

Also going to do cardio and bodyweight exercises only. My rationale is that the muscles should at least stay strong enough to hold up my frame. Any excess strength I lose on top of that is alright provided I drop my bf% down

You should be gaining about 50/50 muscle/fat. 8kg a month is way too much.

Not going to feel bad for actually getting out of my house and exercising.
