Whats the routine split, how much are you lifting, how many days per week and have you seriously attended all days without skipping a single day?

Are you increasing weights? What you eating in the morning afternoon evening and how much?

btw I am more or less the same height/size as you (6'2" 180lbs) and I had the same lifts five or six month ago, after +/- a year of liting.
Focused on my diet, and switched to a PHUL program (I was of fullbody too).
my lifts jumped in the last two months.
+25 lbs ohp
+40 lbs bench
+80lbs squat and deadlift

So I'm 21 188cm, 81kg. Started at Lifting 11 months ago, first 9 were 3x full body a week. Now doing PPL 6x a week. Bench 70 kilo 3x6. After 11 months still dyel as fuck because started at 70kg lanklet mode. I do look bigger than you now, but am probably higher fat percentage, im around 16%
