Kek, this post is the perfect example of what I meant. Mike Tyson is basically getting the Bruce Lee treatment from fanboys. Prime Tyson was not a fucking god made flesh. His jabs wouldn't knock out any mma heavyweight except complete glas jaws. Any decent heavyweight wrestler could easily close the distance and take Tyson down. Maybe 1 out of 10 times he'd knock them out with a perfectly placed uppercut, but 9 out of 10, he'd be taken down.

Tyson in his prime couldn't even have won a K-1 GP, just due to the fact that it adds kicks to the game. Let alone the whole ground game of mma, which changes everything. I would give Bob Sapp the edge over prime Tyson in an mma fight.

If you mean the fight with Wong Jack Man, he most likely didn't win that fight. He and his entourage lied to hype up his image. The accounts of other people at the fight were that Wong beat him even though Bruce was using every dirty move he knew, and when Wong challenged him to a public rematch after hearing that Bruce claimed to be the winner, Bruce didn't respond to it.

If you say so friend, just a silly assumptiom to make when you go from a sport strictly regulated to punches to one involving striking that also includes knees, elbows , kicks as well as grapplong and submissons . Theres just no way to know he'd be able to inplement enough of that to be a mma champ. Theres just so many more variables that come into play.
