If I start incorporating Oly lifts into my routine what kind of gains can I expect? or will it be mostly strength gains?

Oly may give you flexebility and agility gains. maybe some back and quads, not worth it imo.

I'm not asymmetric, I guess I was leaning to one side.

The red marks are from rolling the barbell of a failed squat rep down my upper back, instead of just dropping it.

I would like some more explosiveness, it might help with my other lifts.

I don't train 1RMs atm though, except DL
2 plate bench 5 reps,
2.5 squat ~4 reps
4 plate DL 1 rep

Man just lift because you want to, or for fun, or just any reason thats not to do with others. I lift for some good feels, it's like therapy. I might even show off in public or compete one day when I am big enough.

Forearms, front squat, and overall test gains.

Don't expect gains from oly lifts aside from deadlift and squat explosiveness.

Even then it's questionable to to oly lifts over other accessories.

Oly lifters look like crap for a reason (inb4 someone posts celebrity lifters that work their glamour muscles)
