Tried Oatmeal with protein this morning and it was dry as the sahara fucking desert, I couldn't eat it so I threw it away.

A blend of cereals/oatz/dark chocolate chips with yoghurt and a coffee.

Couple of sausages, bacon medallions, 3 or 4 fried eggs, 2 toast, 2 hash browns, tinned tomatoes and a cup of tea. Varys a bit but more or less.

Depending on the day, I'll usually make 3 eggs scrambled and mixed with a pepper filled sausage.
On top of the egg I'll sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
As a side I'll have some sliced cheddar cheese and an orange.
Drink is 2 cups of milk.
It all tastes amazing and it's all quite filling.

I get my scoop, pour in like a quarter of it, stir, add some almond milk, stir more, and keep gradually adding your scoop and liquid until it mixes perfectly.

What is the average Weetbix here? 12, 13?

I don't eat until around noon. Intermittent fasting for that low body fat percentage. Skip breakfast and eat huge lunch and dinner.

Anything below 8 a day is shit-tier and should consider being an hero.

I like it, the macro split isn't that great with only 40g protein, 42g fat and 57g carbs, but it's a recipe I've been tweaking for some time now. I used to add 30g whey into it but thought htat 65g protons was a bit too much for one meal especially since I don't even lift, just do cycling, some bodyweight exercises and yoga.

Some days I'll just steam up a cup of vegetables, but that's only if I've had an unhealthy day the day before (read overconsumed booze), and need it along with a Berocca.

2-3 eggs. Protein shake (two scoops, cup of yogurt, milk) and two slices of Ezekiel bread with natural peanut butter on em. I usually only snack on beef jerky or tuna for lunch. So I have a big breakfast.
