natty? depends on your genetics and age. Obviously it'll take a little longer if you're mid 30's vs mid 20's. Just eat at a 300-500 calories surplus above your TDEE (like it says in the sticky...).

You just eat and lift on any decent balanced program
You will never look exactly like the guy in the op, your muscles will be shaped differently due to different muscle insertions, and to reach his size you will need steroids.

running two or three miles every 3 days is a lot of cardio. plus it gives your knees a rest, I know tons of guys who have blown their knees running on concrete every day.

Running ~1/2 an hour every 3 days is not a lot of cardio. Agreed on the concrete, find a dirt path

Running for a few miles seems like a lot until you've run a few miles a few times. Im sitting on my ass without training anything for 3 months and just went on a run because my dad told me to. Couch to 5k and only mildly tired - I still remember back when it took me a month of running to do 5k without stopping
