benching and doing leg raises each rep

What's a weighted dab? What's an unweighted dab? What muscles does it hit?

shoulders w/ the entire arm as a stabilizer, really good finisher

Deadlift.

ROFL XD

Sidebends.

Krok row

Quarter squats

Pendlay rows.

>not performing quarter pounder squats

>mfw it's always some guy with a hoody with the hood on thinking he's a badass

WHOSE THE TRANNY NOW NERD?

I need to work my obliques tho

You got bullied by a guy in a hoodie, and you look like a tranny?
Sounds like sexual tension tbdesu

Are you fucking kidding me? Dumbbell sidebends are incredible for obliques.

Pendlay rows are best rows

As long as your exercise:

> hits a certain muscle or muscle group
> is not dangerous to perform for yourself or others
> does not inconvenience other gym goers

Then it is a good exercise.

And sidebends is just one of many exercises to do that.

And risky as shit the higher the weight gets.

>many exercises for obliques
Not really tho if you want to do more than body weight. Maybe the crunch machine. That's about it. It's not a high-weight exercise and not any riskier than other free weights.

run on a treadmill

I will try to explain what this guy did to the best of my knowledge. It is really hard to explain.

>Guy has 10 lb plates raised next to his head with his palms facing towards the wall
>Arms are 90 degree
>Moves his forearm downwards 180 degrees while keeping a 90 degree angle on his arms, now wrists are facing the wall
>He then raises his forearms back up in the same position still keeping the same degree of angles
I have never seen this and I don't know if it is a legit exercise. It looked so wrong because how he was using 10 lbs plates, the range of motion looked retarded, and it didn't look like he cracked a sweat.
He is standing up while doing this too, which made it look more odd.
Any thoughts on what I saw?

looks like a great way to throw out your back fampai

A girl was holding a 10kilo dumbbell and stood on 2 benches. 1 foot on each bench and squatted so that the dumbbell dipped between the two benches.

Dumbest shit I ever saw, so unnecessary when you could just do it properly in at least 3 other ways without using half the dumbbell area.

Sounds to me like he was doing a simple warm up exercise for his shoulders

it's a rotator cuff exercise for rehab or prehab

>dumbbell sidebends
Literally retarded.

Like this?

box jumps

No, remember, his arms were bent at 90 degrees. If you were watching him from the side, he would rotate his arms counter clockwise until it his 6 o'clock then he would go back up to twelve. Again, his arms were bent the whole time at 90 degrees and standing up.

That probably sounds right. It just seemed odd. I never seen anyone do that to warm up their shoulders.
