Great sleep, better recovery, bigger pumps, more endurance like 2 more reps with the same weight you did before using. Bit of extra strength too, I also gained water weight really fast as GH is known to do. That pretty much stopped after 2 weeks.

I've just started the RAD 140 yesterday, so far I'm being sceptical about the effects. It promises alot online but we'll see how it goes. I've noted A calmer mood and slight increased aggression, wich I like because I'm not at al an aggressive person.

But yes, according to all sports doping federations, all SARMs count as doping. mk-677 and all the peptides count as doping as well.

not that much whey, but depends on how much protein you get from other sources already

400mg magnesium may be a little on the high side, keep in mind that you can get cramps and such

if you take a generic multivitamin in addition to other stuff, you should make sure your total dosage is not too high, e.g. together with the magnesium

maybe throw in some l-arginine for harder erections & more sperm volume, and supposedly it also helps performance + immune system

other than that, most of that stuff is basic and won't make too much of a difference as long as you don't have a deficiency, throw some ostarine, mk-677 etc in there if you want more effect.

why so much tren and so little test? Most other stacks I've seen people post where more like 1000/500 or so
