I haven't done powerlifting in a year, mostly been focusing on upper body recently because yeah i couldn't be bothered with effort of big three and I only lift for mood enhancing chemicals released
When I was serious my lifts were 85kg bench 3x5 132.5kg squat 3x5 and 167.5kg deadlift 1x5 62.5kg ohp 1x5

Dunno my friend I was really into it for a year and a half and I just became disillusioned with it, deadlift and bench were flatlining and I was just straight up bored.
With these feelings of ennui I couldn't summon up the effort to go to the gym, after deciding only to do the upper body movements I enjoyed I kept up my gym-attendance so I hold no regrets.
