Lifting since mid june

>lifting since mid june
>1/2/3/4 evades me

B-but you said it only takes 6 months Veeky Forums

That's actually decently balanced. Despite what Veeky Forums will tell you, 1/2/3/4 is strong for normies but the strength gradient is a little steep and favors diddlys. If you were to base all lifts on a 3pl8 squat, you'd be closer to 1.3/2.1/3/3.6 (72kg/104/140/165) according to that sites formulas. Also remember everyone is shaped a little different and will be better at some lifts, so just keep lifting and never stop improving.

What height and weight did you start at?

I started at 5'11 and about 238lbs/105kg

I'm down to about 95kg, still 5'11

You have a long way to go. It's a slog, not a sprint. Good progress though

>started 6'3" 145 lbs
>0 athletic background
>only achieved 1 after ~1 year of actual lifting, +1 year of doing random bb routines
>Veeky Forums says its possible in

as long as your intermediate on starting strength then your fine

Veeky Forums is full of shit. 1/2/3/4 is well past intermediate, which if you start from nil is a year minimum.

tfw 5 years lifting
tfw PRd deadlifts, 10lb away from 5 plates.

nearing 3/4/5

Pretty close OP.
BUUUTTT
It's for 5 reps, not for 1 :(
Eat more lad.

>chin up 19 kg added
cmon
ive been lifting for 3 months and i can do chin ups with 20 kgs

did you forget to do your growth exercise

it took me 18 months to hit 135 OHP. Veeky Forums is full of memers

Stupid question.
Does the ratio of your lifts matter?
I only care about hitting 1/2/3/4.
But my OHP is way better than my bench or deadlift.
So once I hit one plate (I'm really close) ohp should I just keep it there and work on the other lifts until they're at the proper ratio?
I don't want to have overdeveloped and underdeveloped areas.
What if I had 1/1.5/3/4?
Would I maintain all the lifts and work on adding another .5 plate to bench?

personally I didn't bench until I hit 1pl8OHP, then started adding it in.

OHP is basically the only upper body lift i cared about though. repping 190 on BP seven months later.

Bruh. I've been lifting since Feb and still haven't gotten good.

Stalling like a motherfucker

How fat are you wtf?

100kgs

>tfw already have the 1/2
>tfw don't give a shit about 3/4

Feels good laddy-o.

Took me 2.5 years with Roids at second year

Fuck this shit dude.
Tfw 1/3/2/3
Cant make it as a leglet

I'm at 1, 2.25, 2.5, 3.5

In 2 weeks it will be one year since I started, might attempt to do all 4 at the one year anniversary. I feel strong enough to do 4pl8 deadlift since I did 2 reps of 3.5. I do atg squats, so I could probably do 3 at parallel

>might attempt to do all 4 at the one year anniversary

rip user lifting career
11/18/2015 - 11/18/2016

What is 1/2/3/4?

Diddlys are squats?

68kg manlet masterrace

Why does everyone use kilos? There can't be that many commie atheist eurofaggots on here

Wow some actual good advice on Veeky Forums for once

It's ok, it took me about a year to hit it at 6'1 190. Been getting a lot of mires since then tho, just keep eating and sleep well op

I've been lifting for 2.5 years, sitting at 1/1.5/3/4.5
autists are going to call me DYEL for this but nobody knows where I started

Kek do you know what bench press is?

tfw can't decide on a routine to stick to after going to the gym SINCE LAST SUMMER
AHHHHHH

Do you know what fat is?

ur quads look like someone took a big ass hotdog and shoved it under ur skin

Should I just kms I've been lifting for like 2 weeks

fuck u

With that attitude, you might. Come back after a year of bulking with a dedicated program and tell us how you feel then.

I was joking, nerd. I don't expect to hit 1/2/3/4 in two weeks. I've been doing the greyskull program but I wanna find some stuff to add to it.

>a lot of mires
Hahahahahahaha

This is quite honestly the least aesthetic physique I've seen on Veeky Forums and I've been here for 5 years

You look like a poorly rendered character from a n64 perv game.

All your lifts are newb level, so you could just be disappointed that you couldn't squat 2pl8 your first time after warming up with the bar. And why add to grey skull? Is it boredom or impatience?

how the fuck is 1/2/3/4 supposed to be possible in only 6 months?? i hope im falling for a meme here cuz that shit just sounds ridiculous
