I'm only 14% fat. I was just an auschwitz skelly. 19lbs was pretty much automatic to get minimum weight. The rest was gains

bench 70 5x5. Bullshit. Did you start without even lifting the bar once? That's the only way. Even I started at the bar and hit 70 in 7 weeks. 9 months I was probably doing 150

Funny that it's 150lbs. After 3 months of lifting I failed a rep (due to elbow impingement) with that exact weight and the bar landed on my face. I stopped doing bench for 1.5 months and just progressed on my weighted dips. Came back to the barbell and linearly progressed to 185lbs up until now. Gonna attempt 190 tomorrow.

Well it only landed on one side. I managed to get it onto the lower hooks with my good arm but it left a big fucking mark on right cheek. Some nice gentlemen helped me lift it off and I thanked him. Walked out in shame after that.
