Spend just 30 seconds in an ankle stretch position a day, and you'll be flexible enough in time

what ankle stretches do you recommend

Just hang over the edge of a step with your toes and let your heel dip below the level of your toes with a straight leg until you feel a stretch in your calf

The chest and delts lead me to believe he's not entirely natty, but even working on the assumption that he's as clean as Jeff Cavaliere, I'd be happy with this. Dude looks juicy, defined, and (apart from the balloon pecs), evenly muscular.

You're not far from natty limit. In the next couple years you may eek out 3-4 pounds more muscle, but it wont make a huge difference to you whole "shape".

There's no shame in juicing if that's what you want but you have to be sensible about recovery. 6 days of heavy lifting is impossible for natties, anyone who tells you otherwise has yet to reach so much as a 2pl8 squat.

His "Heavy Duty" training method (which won't do shit for natties) and affiliation w/ Nautilus aside, Mike was amazing.

Why? It's a much less natural movement than most with no real-world analogue. Lifting something over your head? Makes sense. Pulling something from the floor? Makes sense. Pushing something using only your chest and arms while lying on a thin bench so that your elbows can track below what would otherwise be the floor? Not very obvious.
