The only reason most of you can diet and lift is because you are either neets or underage. If you worked full time there is no way you could do it. First thing I do after a hard days shift is hit a few cans of beer.

>"no way you could do it"
>work manual labor 10h a day
>still have time to work out
Why not just wake up early or stop being a pussy?

3/10 made me post

I'm 34 years old and the first thing i do when i get home from a hard days work is have a protein shake. I also get up at 4am and go to the gym for an hour before i go to work for eight hours. So it can be done you are just lazy

Nice bait.... The fishes are already on the hook

>work a 12 hour patrol
>still hit the gym and hit pr with preworkout
No excuses.

>need to drink after work
Literally weak. I dislike alcohol, dislike the feeling, hate what I've seen it do to people. Fuck that.

Try driving a truck for 12 hours a day and then having to look after your girlfriends kids on your days off.

I work full time and I diet and life as well.

I'm only lifting once a week right now and my diet is not very strict but I'm still doing it.

Quite being a lazy fuck.

>60 hours a week at a desk
>Go to the gym on my lunches
>Go for runs before work
>Diet and eat right at work and home

Develop discipline, faggot.

Oh, you fell for the 'raise another man's children' meme. Nice.

I'm a truck driver that's home only once or twice a month and I hit the gym at least twice a week.

Just because you're lazy and ugly doesn't mean everyone else is.

How and why is dieting hard? I choose not to eat mcdonalds and prep chicken for the entire week. I'll snack on yogurt and almonds over bags of chips and drink water over cola.

Working out? You can literally do bodyweight exercises at home and still get better results than laying on your couch doing nothing.

The difference is that there are people who enjoy their work, so they don't feel drained by the end of the day.

i never tried beer so i dont want it.

sucks for you degenerate

I'm a studying and my parents are wealthy, you sub human :^)

>because you are either neets or underage
Lmao whatever helps you sleep at night
There's this dude at my gym probably 30 yo, has a wife, a kid and a full time job as a blackjack dealer (me and my gymrbro nicknamed him blackjack) in a casino 30 minutes away by car
I shit you not when I tell you that he is the most fit guy in the gym, perhaps not the biggest or most swole, he's about 5'11 190ish lbs at 10%bf, but definitely the most fit
The kind of exercises he does I guarantee you've never seen some of them (bodyweight flyes for example), he sometimes even goes to the gym 2x a day, and still goes to work, even works out on weekends when he has night shifts, on top of all that he's a really cool dude and often gives advice, he's helped me out with my form numerous times, gives gr8 banter as well, last week we were both quoting Dom Mazzetti, shit was keks
I only dread to think what his social life looks like, with work, the gym and family occupying him, I wonder if he ever goes for a beer with a friend

I work full time.

8-5.
I get up at 6am and im usually home by 530.
I work our 3 times a week and do full body. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. I prep lunch every day to eat at work, its actually easier to eat healthy when you work full time.

My workouts take 90mins - 120 mins.

Im not perfect but i get it done. im 25 years old. Its easy to do, you just have to plan ahead and skip playing videogames or whatever retarded shit you like to do.

>I'm a studying
apparently

Yerh there's no way I could work AND spend 4:30 hours a week in the gym

That's just impossible

i diet and lift and have a full time job it works much better when you dont work. easier to stick to diet, more time to work out, better recovery, no cortisol, easier to do shit like nofap, etc.

>then having to look after your girlfriends kids

AYY LMAO

>30 years of age
>employed full time
>working out 3 times a week
>cardio every day
>on a cut at the moment wo prevent winter blubber.

next please.

you got a job carl?

>tha pic
fuck I missed out on so much

I can attest to this, I used to work 12 hours a day and there was no way I could go to the gym after that.

Now that my workload has come down, I can focus on my fitness.

>and then having to look after your girlfriends kids
Ceck

I work 2 jobs, have a house, and 2 dogs to look after.
I have tons of extra time to workout and cook my own food. And play too many video games.

You're just shitty at managing your time, which is why you spend your days on the internet complaining instead of getting shit done.

This is bait but still found time after 12 and 14 shifts in the Military you faggot

Working out takes an hour out of your day.

That leaves 23 more hours for other unrelated shit.

>"if i can't do it neither can you"

Low test faggot detected
Just get on gear and you'll no longer have to worry aboutique such beta problems

Yeah you're probably right.

Just do 5/3/1 nigger takes no time at all

0/10 awful bait.

I work 9 hours a day and I still manage to find time to work out 3 times a week and prepare at least somewhat healthy and tasty meals and bring them with me in tupperwear form to eat 2-3 times a day or I just say fuck it for lunch and make it up by having a healthy dinner.

kek

Spend an hour watching tv or playing vidya or spend an hour working out, your choice OP.

Being too tired isnt an excuse, theres caffeine for that, and the more you work out the more energy you will have.

6:30-2:30 trades work
Go to gym after work every day

How do you go to the gym as a otr driver?

your wife's son giving you trouble sven ?

Wow OP, really? I work 40 hours a week, live by myself, and train for bicycle road racing anywhere from 7 to 20 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. You're either looking for excuses -- or are a troll. Either way knock that shit off, you're embarassing yourself.

>First thing I do after a hard days shift is hit a few cans of beer.
Just kill yourself already, really

Membership at a national chain

It depends on what you do for a living. Sitting on an office chair 9-5 isn't all that draining. I get up at 5 AM to hit the gym, though. Stay in school, kids.

OP is a lazy faggot with no drive. I work 6 days a week AND work out 6 days a week. 36yo.

if I have errands and can't work out during the day, I work out at 2 or 3am. working out feels amazing, and I only skip it if i'm really sick.

suck you and your lazy ass, OP.

I'm in the fucking marine corps and I still hit the gym at least 5 days a week after work. "A hard days shift" get over it bro

I lift a sandbag in a Quality Street box while watching anime.

I work 14 hours a day 58 hours a week, I go to gym 3 times a week, and I count calories too... Oh, and I am well over aged too. So try harder kiddy OP.

I go to the gym 3 times a week and do Muay Thai twice a week and I work as a bricklayer

The only thing that confuses me is how you guys that work so much (10 hours a day) also manage to get enough sleep. Though I guess if you have a 6 day workout schedule that means your average workout is only like an hour long.

>work 9-5 for internship
>have 1hr commute each way
>still taking 1 class, self-studying and only showing up for exams
>working on interview prep & improving resume for next summer internships
>still gymming 3-4 times/week
no YOU'RE an underage NEET

It's the good old Volume / Intensity / Frequency.

If you set up your training to be short and to point (no fucking 5 minute breaks, no 10x3 90-something percent sets), it's doable.

LEMME GUESS BRO, $40 AN HOUR FULL TIME ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP RIGHT? MAKING MORE AS A STUDENT INTERN THAN MOST OF AMERICA MAKES AT THEIR REAL JOBS!?!?!?!?!

lmao you spelled 'disciplined' wrong, pussy.
