Some online calculator says that i have to eat over 3330 calories pr day to get gains...
Will i not be able to get any gains if i eat less than 3000?

>197 cm tall
>103 kg
>doing ICF 5x5
>lifting for 6 months

fuckin lanklets
why you didnt stop growing?

thanks man

think god wants me to become the mountain V2

>he stands 2 meters tall

Jesus christ, can you stop growing?

Go to McDonalds. 2 double cheeseburgers for $3. You can have 1760 calories, 100g of protein, and some great tasting food for $6

Yes you actually need to eat that much. It's obnoxious but you can do it. I'm 6'2" and my cutting diet is around 2000kcals. Manlets might have lost the genetic lottery but it's way fucking easier to get gains when you're smaller...

nice frog
> saved

ill get fat as fuck though right?

just calculated what i have been eating every day for the last 6 months..
2700-3400 kcal 220g proteins +

atleast we will look like gods after a cycle r-right?

Why would you get fat? It's all about macros and calories. Calories from mcdonalds won't make you any fatter than calories from anything else, and protein from mcdonalds won't make you any less strong than protein from anywhere else

>tfw you only have to eat 1500 cals to gain weight
>tfw you have to cut at about 900 cals to lose weight

are you a dwarf user?

I weighed like 97 kg when i started lifting.
Been eating the same shit every day for 6 months and gained 6 kg.
Is it all fat?

grill?

I am too small to be considered a normal human being but doctors said I am not a dwarf.
I dont know.... Just kill me please

grl confirmed
show tits

If by gains you mean fat, sure.

You realize you can eat less than your daily requirement and still gain muscle right?

how tall are you?

but wont i get faster gains the more i eat?

>103kg
>wants to bulk
cut or kill yourself

No he doesn't.

im 197cm tall you dumb shit.
if i was am manlet like you are 103 kg i would cut for sure.
also got gains :^)

hey manlet

>but wont i get faster gains the more i eat?
You'll gain the most by eating the necessary amount you're body needs.

Its just that eating in excess is a guarantee of getting what you need, assuming you get the nutrients and protein right as well.

But you can still gain muscle on a deficit. You'll also be losing fat as well obviously which is its own benefit.

You're so salty dude. You're gonna realize that you'll always be lanky, quit lifting, and live your life a lanky skeleton

Thanks for the info man.
Gonna be eating loads untill my cut after the winter i guess.
im around 20% bf but i dont care about getting fatter since im gonna cut hard soon.

M8, just eat peanut butter, beans. and full fat milk.
