honestly chicken breast sucks dick. i hated every second of eating that shit. if you can bump up to like 50 bucks a week i would recommend buying .8lbs of fresh packaged non frozen chicken tenderloins to eat each day.

since ive started doing this i no longer dread eating my protein. i just season those motherfuckers up with some storebought meat seasoning and i pop them in on broil for about 7 mins, flip, 7 mins, then they're done. fucking delicious
