Are these TDEE calculators even remotely accurate?
I'm 200 lbs trying to cut down to 180. At 200 my TDEE is 3149. Gym 3 times a week with a little cardio. I was figuring something like 2200-2300 calories was what I wanted to aim for. Thoughts?

Not sure. I've never been exposed to loud noises and I've had it for as long as I can remember so who knows. I'm trying to book a hearing check but for some reason you need to be over 22

The bar starts on the floor, you can't bounce it, it just has to raise off the ground however slightly, on both sides, and you make the lift
