Typically I only need 3 minutes for DB bench and OHP though.

I go out to the garage and deadlift/row/ohp 3-4 times a week, and do kettlebell stuff and bodyweight stuff for active rest the other days. If I feel tired or sore I take a day off here and there, but most days I do something.

I skip gym Mondays; I dont like to deal with Monday traffic.

Monday is only heavy deadlifts
Tuesday is just cardio
Wednesday is bench and light squat
Thursday is light deadlifts and abdominals/grip work
Friday is heavy squats and cardio

It's been working great for me. I don't care about bench as much as I do squat and deadlift, hence the frequency.

Today I worked up to heavy doubles on my deadlift, 425*2 and 445*2. I'm hoping to get 500lbs within a month.

I do cardio on separate occasions outside the gym. I didn't include warm-up.
Warm up is typically 20 minutes. Mobility and stretching are normally 10 minutes.
So about 1.5 hours total including everything.
