lifting 5-6 days a week for about 6 months now, still a little chubby but mirin my own back in mirror a lot. check symmetric strength and see i have a +27% on pendlay row compared to other lifts. think maybe my friend's watching over me, making sure i have a strong back. i miss him more and more every day brehs

>super nice, has a fucking bar, multiple weightlifting areas, powerlifting area, steam room, huge locker room, pool, etc
>open until midnight and real empty after 9pm

This is usually how our workouts go:
>arrive after work (I get off around 8pm, have dinner at home then go)
>do the same powerlifting routine with buddy in a completely empty weightlifting room, super nice equipment, we can blast our own music, etc
>after help each other do /owg/ stretches/shit we saw the chinese olympic team doing
>then steam room, usually nobody else
>take nice ass shower
>head out to parking lot and dab in my car, usually around 11:30pm
>super sore yet energized from workout and feeling damn good
>drive home which is like 5 minutes away in a comfy ass condo in the middle of the woods
>relax by fireplace and watch movies until 2-3am, make myself second dinner
>sleep

Can't wait for the huge snow this winter, it's going to be comfier than ever.
