read faq, start eating at deficit and lift. you'll start seeing results after 2 weeks. you can lose that belly in few months if you dedicate yourself to good diet and working out

Hey man, don't feel bad. I'm in the same boat, doing the same thing. Fucked my joints in the Army so I ride my bike like 12 miles a day, knee still hurts but at least it's low-impact compared to fucking running. It's simple, do lots of cardio, watch your portions, don't let your snacking get out of control and you'll be fine.

I widdled myself from 305lbs
I did hiit of the bat.
No hurt joints
Just do it fagget 3 times a week
And cut down to 1800 cals a day
Keep protein above 160
And carbs below 130
NO SODA. Drink water and if you cant do that then monster ultras and hope the caffine doesnt kill you.

Starving will make your body go into panic mode thus storing everything as fat.
You need to use a TDEE calculator (google it) and eat below your patience.

That will give you a very basic idea of what calories you need to be eating to lose weight.
Also you have to learn about nutrients, make sure you're eating the right foods.
