Nope. Losing weight is way fucking easier than gaining muscle. On top of that a woman can wear makeup, get breast implants, do all kinds of shit to make herself attractive.
I've seen guys who have their nutrition on point, lift weights for years on a good routine, make awesome strength gains, and still don't have an aesthetic physique. And thats way more difficult than just cutting calories and saving up a few grand for implants.
