My breakfast is 2x chicken breasts and 2x wholemeal rolls which adds up to 600calories.

Carbs will help me feel full by releasing the hormone leptin; protein will digest slowly keeping you fuller for longer; protein releases PYY in the gut which tells you you're "satisfied" and also your body uses 25 - 30% of calories ingested from protein to burn it rather than the 10 - 15% of calories used for carbs/fats.
