Too tired to do cardio

>too tired to do cardio

>actually doing cardio

>not doing cardio

have a coffee

>Submitting to the roasted jew

>not having someone move your legs for you while you sit on the couch

did u try carbohydrates?

they work the bestest

>not doing cardio
>wanting to die like Zyzz in a sauna
LMAO

>thinking cardio prevents you from heart disease

Good one

is swimming good enough cardio?
I swapped it in recently, because my knees are fucking with me when I go running, and I absolutely loathe cycling

cant u just run properly?

Didn't Zyzz commit suicide because his nose job was botched?

>better blood flow
>more sex gains
>lasting longer in bed
>builds endurance
>leans you out

You too tired for that ?

Listening to techno, or up beat music gets you pumped bro while you do it.

Swimming is great cardio. Cycling puts little stress on joints so it would be better than running for you.
I know the feel, I love running but pounding the pavement without proper rest days only leads to injury.

t. 4 months of bursitis recovery

>Doing cardio
It's like benching the bar 100 times

Completely useless

>heart disease
It's called notenoughcardiominia

closely related to nocarbinface syndrome

zyzz took steroids and DNP, and he also died in a sauna. Not doing cardio wont give me steroid side effects and make my body believe i'm in a sauna.

yes but what's the point in living if you cant run a mile uphill?

you need basic fittness

this is where im at

i enjoy runs but after a (proper) leg day running a decent distance is off the table for me for like 2-3 days

cycling im fine with, swimming im fine with

i love to just hit the bag tho

>buying one of those electrical stimulation ab belts
>turning it up too high after eating a whole plate of chicken enchiladas
>shit the couch cushion

true story

objectively not true

don't call your gf a bag
its disrespectful

Not that user
I love skipping rope but I can't do it often
Doing it 3-4 times a week fucks my soleus muscles up to the point I can't continue for 5
Do you know if this is common / normal
