I'm a hip hop dancer (popping specifically). Literally all you have to do kinda dance is fucking count. If you listen, beats come in counts of 4, 6, 8, etc.. If you coordinate your movement to those time signatures it will look like you have rhythm until you actually have rhythm. I've been dancing for 7 years now--ask me anything.
